Delivery and issuance

What is delivered
Nextlist sells digital goods only: an activation code, a gift-card code, API credit or access. Nothing is shipped physically.
When it is delivered
A product is issued only after the payment provider has confirmed that payment was received. A success message shown in your browser does not trigger issuance. The delivery method is shown on the product page under "Terms of use".
Timing
Timing depends on the delivery method set for the product: a code issued automatically arrives once payment is confirmed; a code issued by hand arrives after the order is checked.
If a code did not arrive or does not work
Contact support with your order number. Replacement and refunds are described in the refund policy.
