Terms of service

General
These terms govern your use of the Nextlist website (nextlist.shop, the "Service"). By placing an order, signing in with Google or Telegram, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.
What we sell
Nextlist sells digital certificates, gift cards, subscription activation codes and prepaid codes for third-party services — digital goods with no physical shipment. We are not the issuer of these products, we do not create or mint them ourselves, and we are not affiliated with the brands listed (OpenAI, Google, Amazon and others); brand names and logos are used solely to identify the product, not to claim any partnership or endorsement.
Regions and redemption
Every product is issued for a specific region and currency shown on its page, and only redeems in the matching region or account type. The redemption method (code, link, manual delivery) and any issuer restrictions are listed under "Terms of use" on the product page. Check the region, face value and redemption method before you pay — you confirm these yourself at checkout.
Face value and price
A gift card is always credited at its full face value in its own currency — it is never converted or reduced. The price you pay can be lower than the face value; it is shown in your selected display currency at reference exchange rates, and the actual amount and currency charged are confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
Accounts and sign-in
You can check out as a guest (by email) or through an account, signed in with Google or Telegram — we do not issue separate site passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email and the Google or Telegram account you sign in with secure: anyone who gains access to them could also access your Nextlist orders. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
Acceptable use
Use products only on your own account and in line with the issuer's terms. The Service may not be used for large-scale unauthorized resale, to bypass an issuer's regional restrictions in violation of its own terms, or for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel an order and withhold delivery if we reasonably suspect fraud, stolen payment details, or other misuse.
Payment and refunds
Payment is accepted through third-party payment providers (card, instant bank transfer, cryptocurrency — depending on what is enabled at the time of your order); your card details are handled by the payment provider, and Nextlist never sees or stores them. Refund and replacement rules are set out in full on our separate Refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design, Nextlist logo and site structure are intellectual property protected by law. Copying, redistributing or commercially reusing site material without written permission is not allowed. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Suspension and access limits
We may pause processing an order, cancel it, or limit access to an account if we suspect fraud, a violation of these terms, a violation of the product issuer's own terms, or applicable law. Where necessary we do this without prior notice, but always with an explanation available on request through support.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering a valid, genuine code for the product you ordered and for the accuracy of the terms shown on the site at the time of your order. We are not responsible for changes the issuer makes to its own service after delivery (for example, a change to subscription terms), or for consequences of using a product in violation of the issuer's terms. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, as new features are added to the Service. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. The current version is always available at this address; continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated version.
